3. Account responsibility
Authorized users must keep passwords, MFA devices, recovery codes, sessions, invitation links, and reset links confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or made available to another person without written approval from the owner.
4. Acceptable use
- No unauthorized access attempts, account sharing, MFA bypassing, or credential testing.
- No scanning, probing, scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service attempts, malware, or interference with availability or security.
- No unlawful, harmful, infringing, confidential, or third-party personal data unless expressly authorized.
- No reverse engineering or copying internal functionality except where mandatory law allows it.
5. Security monitoring
Login attempts, sessions, administrative actions, IP addresses, timestamps, and related security events may be logged to protect the website, investigate misuse, and maintain auditability. Details are described in the Data privacy page.
6. Security disclosure
Security issues should be reported to [email protected]. Testing must not disrupt availability, bypass access controls, or expose data belonging to another person.
7. Availability and changes
This is a private personal website. Continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or permanent access is not guaranteed. The owner may change, restrict, maintain, or discontinue features when needed.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited under German or EU law. For ordinary negligence, liability may be limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of private access service, where legally permitted.

10. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Germany, without excluding mandatory protections granted by applicable EU law or the mandatory law of a user's country of residence where such protections cannot be waived.
